Gillette India Q3 net jumps 2-fold

Total income (net of excise) decreased 13.28 per cent to Rs 105.00 crore.

MUMBAI: Gillette India Ltd on Thursday posted an over two-fold jump in net profit at Rs 50.5 crore for the quarter ended September 30 as compared to Rs 19.33 crore for the same period last year.

However, total income (net of excise) decreased 13.28 per cent to Rs 105.00 crore for third quarter from Rs 121.85 crore in the year-ago period, the FMCG company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
