Dabur gets HC nod for amalgamation of Balsara cos
Dabur India Ltd on Thursday said the Delhi High Court has approved the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement of Balsara companies with itself and has obtained the certified copy of the order passed.

MUMBAI: Dabur India Ltd on Thursday said the Delhi High Court has approved the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement of Balsara companies with itself and has obtained the certified copy of the order passed.
The company on Thursday informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that on September 23, it obtained the certified true copy of the Delhi High Court order approving the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement between Balsara Hygiene Products Ltd, Balsara Home Products Ltd and Besta Cosmetics with itself.
The certified copy of the aforesaid order was filed on Thursday with the office of registrar of companies, of Delhi and Haryana, it said.
The effective date for amalgamation is September 28 under the scheme.
