Titan appoints S Ravi Kant as new CEO of watches division

NEW DELHI: Tata Group firm Titan Company Ltd today said S Ravi Kant, current CEO of its eyewear division, will take over as the head of the watches & accessories division from July 1.

The present CEO of eyewear division, H G Raghunath, will retire on June 30, 2015.

"S Ravi Kant will take over as the CEO of the watches & accessories division from July 1, 2015," Titan Company Ltd said in BSE filing.

" Ronnie Talati, currently Chief Marketing Officer of the watches & accessories division, will take over from Ravi Kant as CEO of the eyewear division from July 1," it added.

Prior to taking over as CEO of the eyewear division, Ravi Kant was COO of Titan Company's international business.
