Shrenuj to raise up to Rs 100 cr

MUMBAI: Diamond and jewellery manufacturer and exporter, Shrenuj & Company Ltd said on monday that it will raise resources up to Rs 100 crores including premium by way of equity or debt in domestic and international market.
The board of directors at its meeting has given an in-principle approval to raise the amount, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The shares of the company were trading at Rs 39.25, down 1.88 per cent at the BSE.
