Shrenuj acquire US based jewellery distributor
Diamond and jewellery exporter Shrenuj & Company on Tuesday said it has acquired Simon Golub & Sons Inc, a major jewellery distributor in the US, for an undisclosed sum.

MUMBAI: Diamond and jewellery exporter Shrenuj & Company on Tuesday said it has acquired Simon Golub & Sons Inc, a major jewellery distributor in the US, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition was carried out by Shrenuj's wholly-owned US subsidiary Astral Holdings Inc, Shrenuj informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
No other details of the acquisition were immediately made available by Shrenuj.
Shares of the company jumped over 9 per cent and were last trading at Rs 44.40, up 7 per cent on the BSE.
