Shahnaz Husain Group in distribution pact with HAIM
The Shahnaz Husain Group (SHG) has signed an 11-year agreement with Korea-based automobile and chemical trader HAIM for the distribution of Shahnaz herbal products in Korea.
NEW DELHI: The Shahnaz Husain Group (SHG) has signed an 11-year agreement with Korea-based automobile and chemical trader HAIM for the distribution of Shahnaz herbal products in Korea.
In the first year, the company will purchase Shahnaz products worth $11 million and distribute it in Korea using various distribution channels.
"Though we have been doing direct-to-consumer marketing in Korea over the past one year, we now plan to use proper distribution channels to strengthen our presence in the Korean market," said SHG managing director Shahnaz Husain in the conference on Friday.
"There is a huge demand for ayurvedic beauty products in Korea and initially we would sell luxury products such as Shahnaz's diamond and gold herbal range to our Korean partners for distribution," said SHG vice-president Sharik Currimbhoy.
