Voltas, a Tata group company, on Tuesday said it has acquired 51 per cent equity stake in unlisted Rohini Industrial Electricals for Rs 62 crore.

MUMBAI: Voltas, a Tata group company, on Tuesday said it has acquired 51 per cent equity stake in unlisted Rohini Industrial Electricals for Rs 62 crore, in a move that would complement Voltas��� strengths in electrical products.
Mumbai-based Rohini Industrials undertakes large turnkey electrical and instrumentation projects. The Tata company reserves has the right to increase its stake in the future. There will, however, be no change in the management of Rohini Industrials, Voltas said in its statement.
