Punj Lloyd to sell Stratech's surveillance system in India

SINGAPORE: Singapore-listed Stratech Systems has formed a partnership with Punj Lloyd for the marketing of its airport surveillance systems in India.

Punj Lloyd would market, sell and deploy iFerretT intelligent airfield surveillance and foreign object and debris (FOD) detection system in the Indian market.

"With the deployment of iFerretT, Indian airports will further raise the bar for on ground safety, resulting in enhanced safety of their people and passengers, aircraft, increased operational efficiencies and cost savings for the Indian aerospace industry," Raj Kumar Sharma, President (Defence) at Punj Lloyd, said.

Stratech Executive Chairman David K M Chew, said, "The opportunities for civil and military aviation in India are tremendous".

"With Punj Lloyd's experience, network of contacts and reputation, we are confident of this partnership, and may even have the opportunity to extend the partnership to other parts of the world too," he added.
