MUMBAI: Crompton Greaves Ltd said on Wednesday it has acquired the remaining 40 per cent it did not already own in its Indonesian joint venture, PT PauwelsTrafo Asia, for $10.7 million.

Crompton Graves will own 100 per cent of the Indonesian firm through its subsidiaries, after the acquisition of shares through its Dutch unit, CG International BV.
