New Delhi: iPhone-maker Apple is set to open its sixth retail store in India, and its second in Mumbai in Borivali on February 26, the company said on Friday.

The company has unveiled a barricade at the SkyMark Mall in Borivali, off the Western Express Highway, featuring a distinctive peacock-inspired visual identity first introduced during the opening of its store in Hebbal in Bengaluru, followed by Koregaon Park in Pune, and at the DLF Mall of India in Noida.

The iPhone-maker, which opened its first two stores in April 2023 in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex and in Saket, Delhi, is seeing a surge in sales through offline retail channels, analysts said.

"The iPhone 17 series generated strong consumer interest, while the iPhone 16 series played a key role in driving festive season sales in the offline channel. As a result, Apple's offline channel volumes grew in 2025.
