NRB Bearings to set up subsidiary in Thailand

City-based NRB Bearings Ltd has said it will set up a subsidiary company for manufacturing activities in Thailand.

MUMBAI: City-based NRB Bearings Ltd has said it will set up a subsidiary company for manufacturing activities in Thailand.

The board of directors at the meeting held on Tuesday approved in principle the setting up of the subsidiary in Thailand, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Shares of the company, which offers bearing solutions to Indian and global markets, were trading at Rs 484 on the BSE today, up 1.91 per cent.
