Hansgrohe to invest Rs 10 cr in marketing

Hansgrohe India, a newly-formed subsidiary of German plumbing products major Hansgrohe AG, would invest Rs 10 crore in marketing its products and opening regional offices in the country in the next two years.

NEW DELHI: Hansgrohe India, a newly-formed subsidiary of German plumbing products major Hansgrohe AG, would invest Rs 10 crore in marketing its products and opening regional offices in the country in the next two years.

“We would primarily invest in opening new offices in Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai,” said Hansgrohe India managing director Nicholas Matten.

The company is targeting a market share of 5% of the country’s Rs 1,000-crore organised bathroom fittings market in the next three years.

Hansgrohe products are currently sold through the top 100 dealers of Jaquar in India. While Hansgrohe India will concentrate on training the team and building brand awareness, Jaguar will continue to focus on sales.
