BSH Home Appliances' Indian MD Gunjan Srivastava elevated as head of BSH Region Asia-Pacific
Srivastava will be succeeded by Neeraj Bahl who takes over charge of the Indian business as it's MD and CEO.
Srivastava will be succeeded by Neeraj Bahl who takes over charge of the Indian business as it's MD and CEO. He joined the company from Panasonic India where he was the group chief sales for retail and online business.
Srivastava had led the Indian operations of Bosch and Siemens home appliances for over last five years. The company has also launched its luxury brand Gaggenau in India. In his expanded role, Srivastava's mandate will encompass running BSH’s business across the Asia-Pacific region including India, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
His successor, Bahl has 25 years of experience in the white goods industry having worked in Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics and Electrolux India.
BSH entered India in 2010 with the Siemens brand and next year launched the Bosch range of appliances. It has set up a plant in Chennai and also localising products for the Indian market.
