TVS Finance to delist from BSE and MSE

Financial solutions provider TVS Finance and Services today said it will delist its shares from the Bombay Stock Exchange and the Madras Stock Exchange.

MUMBAI: Financial solutions provider TVS Finance and Services today said it will delist its shares from the Bombay Stock Exchange and the Madras Stock Exchange.

The company informed the BSE that its board of directors has approved the delisting of the equity shares from the two stock exchanges.

An Extra Ordinary General Meeting would be held on March seven to obtain shareholders' approval for the reverse book building process.

Shares of the firm were trading at Rs 18.70, up 4.76 per cent in the afternoon trade on the BSE.
