Swiss Finance Corp hikes stake in Nitco Tiles
Mauritius-based Swiss Finance Corporation Ltd on Friday consolidated its stake to nearly 6 per cent in Nitco tiles, by picking up an additional 3.80 lakh shares in an open-market transaction.

MUMBAI: Mauritius-based Swiss Finance Corporation Ltd on Friday consolidated its stake to nearly 6 per cent in Nitco tiles, by picking up an additional 3.80 lakh shares in an open-market transaction.
Swiss Finance earlier had 4.27 per cent stake representing 9.51 lakh shares in Nitco Tiles, a company filing on the BSE shows.
Based on Nitco's last traded price of Rs 234.45, the deal could amount to nearly Rs 9 crore.
After Friday's transaction, the Mauritius-based company's total number of shares has gone up to 13.31 lakh in the domestic firm.
