Srei Infra Finance to issue NCDs aggregating to Rs 200 crore

NEW DELHI: Srei Infrastructure Finance would issue non-convertible debentures ( NCDs) aggregating to Rs 200 crore starting from August 26.

"...the public issue by Srei Infrastructure Finance of secured redeemable NCDs for an amount upto Rs 1,000 million with an option to retain over subscription upto Rs 1,000 million aggregating to Rs 2,000 million opens for subscription on August 26 and closes on September 17, 2013," the company said in an exchange filing today.

"If in the event, the issue closes on earlier date or extended date, as may be decided by its Board/Committee of Directors. the company shall ensure that notice of the same is provided to the prospective investors," it added.

The Kolkata-based company said the NCDs have been rated as "Double AA minus" by CARE and "Double A" by Brickwork.

The company Board had in May approved the NCD issue.
