S E Investments Q4 net profit up about 31 fold
Financial services company S E Investments reported a net profit of Rs 504.61 lakh for the fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2008, a 30.99 fold growth over the corresponding period a year ago.
The company had a net profit of Rs 15.77 lakh in the same quarter previous fiscal, a release said.
For the year ended on March 31, 2008, the company posted a net profit of Rs 1,114.55 lakh, against Rs 536.29 lakh during the same period a year ago.
The net income rose to Rs 3,238.71 lakh from Rs 2,209.16 lakh in 2006-07, the release said.
The company has invested in alternate energy in Karnataka and Rajasthan. It has installed a 2.4 MW Enercon make WEG at Chitradurga in Karnataka, it added.
