Religare Capital Market partners Enclave to tap US investors

Religare Capital Markets Ltd (RCML), has entered into an agreement with US-based Enclave Capital to distribute and market its research and investment banking deals to American institutional investors and execute trades on their behalf.

"RCML, investment banking arm of Religare Enterprises Ltd)...has entered into an exclusive host broker agreement with Enclave Capital LLC of the US," RCML said in a statement issued here.

Speaking on the development, RCML CEO Tarun Kataria said," ...the tie up with Enclave Capital gives us an opportunity to enter the US equities market and use our in-depth analysis and market leading research to service institutional investors in the US."

Enclave Capital is a US Securities and Exchange Commission approved broker-dealer.
