BANGALORE: Noted financial analyst R K Shetty has been elected 'regional chairman' of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table of USA.
Shetty is the first Indian to assume this office of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Regional chair since its inception in the year 1926, a release said.
MDRT is the global association of best of the best of financial and insurance analysts administering the global economics under five regions, it said.
Shetty's region comprises India, Europe, Mid-East and Africa, the release added.
