PNB Housing Finance interim CFO Kaushal Mithani resigns

PNB Housing Finance interim CFO Kaushal Mithani resigned from the position, the company stated in a press release on Wednesday.

Mithani, who was serving as the interim Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company, was relieved from the responsibilities with effect from August 23, 2022.

He was appointed as the interim CFO on April 8 this year on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.


The company said that appointment of new Chief Financial Officer is under process and the intimation shall be made separately after completing necessary formalities.

"The company has an experienced team to manage the CFO function in the interim," stated the release.
