Overseas funds up stake in Indiabulls to 10.35%
Overseas funds have picked up a 0.95 per cent stake in Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd through market purchases, taking their total stake in the company to 10.35 per cent.

MUMBAI: Overseas funds have picked up a 0.95 per cent stake in Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd through market purchases, taking their total stake in the company to 10.35 per cent.
FID DS (Mauritius) Ltd, Norges Bank India, FID Aus India Fund, VIP Aggressive Growth, FA Aggressive Growth Fund, FID Aggressive Growth Fund and VIP III Mid Cap Portfolio acquired 15.40 lakh equity shares aggregating to 10.35 per cent of the total paid up capital of Indiabulls Financial Services on September 12.
Following the acquisition, the stake of the funds in Indiabulls Financial Services stands at over 1.67 crore shares aggregating to 10.35 per cent stake, up from 9.4 per cent previously, Indiabulls informed the National Stock Exchange on Thursday.
