Magma Fincorp appoints Atul Bansal as CFO

KOLKATA: Non banking finance company Magma Fincorp on Monday said Atul Bansal will be company's new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bansal will replace the company's current CFO V Lakshmi Narasimhan who has put in his papers to pursue other interests.

Bansal has about three decades of corporate experience in investment, financial and business due diligence, corporate restructuring and M&A. He has spent almost two decades with the Tata Group and has also been associated with an US based insurance major.
