Will Suresh Gurumani move the court against his former employer SKS Microfinance ? That’s a question in the minds of those who are aware of the power struggle between the sacked CEO and the company’s founder.
The speculation stems from the hurried decision — to sack Gurumani — taken at the SKS board meet. Interestingly, the director representing the Small Industries Development Bank (Sidbi) was not present during the meeting .
Sidbi is a stakeholder in the company having provided 1 crore as seed capital when it was first registered with RBI as a non-banking finance company.
