India Infoline invests Rs 461 cr in subsidiary

MUMBAI: India Infoline Ltd, provider of brokerage and financial services, on Monday said that it has invested Rs 461.37 crore in the share capital of its subsidiary, India Infoline Investment Services Ltd, on right basis.
The investment was made pursuant to the approval of the board of directors, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 1022.90 on the BSE, down 3.19 per cent from the previous close.
