IDFC legal head of alternatives Raju Dodti quits, to join L&T Finance

Raju Dodti who has been with IDFC for the past 8 years has also worked for Rabo Bank and ABN Amro in the past.

IDFC's senior director and head legal of alternatives has resigned and set to join L&T Finance, as legal recruitment in the banking sector rises, since the allocation of 11 new payment banks and 10 new small banks by the Reserve Bank of India.

Raju Dodti who has been with IDFC for the past 8 years has also worked for Rabo Bank and ABN Amro in the past.

Mails and calls to Dodti and L&T Finance went unanswered.

Dodti will be replacing Raji Vishwanathan, Group General Counsel of L&T Financial Services who is moving into a non-legal role within the group. Her responsibilities included covering retail business, wholesale business, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, asset management and insurance for the finance arm of L&T. She also handled litigation.
