ICRA inducts 4 new directors on its board
Credit rating agency ICRA Ltd on Tuesday announced induction of four new directors into its board.

NEW DELHI: Credit rating agency ICRA Ltd on Tuesday announced induction of four new directors into its board.
The new directors are former Executive Director of Asian Development Bank Piyush G Mankad, former Chairman and senior partner PwC Amal Ganguli, Executive Vice President of Moody's Investor Service Chester V A Murray and Group Managing Director of Moody's Asia Pacific Ltd Thomas J Keller.
Besides ICRA Management Consulting Services Ltd (IMaCS), a wholly owned subsidiary of ICRA Ltd has also inducted three new directors on its board.
Now the board of IMaCS will have former executive director World Bank C M Vasudev, former chairman and CEO SBI Cap D P Roy and former CMD Bank of Baroda P S Shenoy as new directors.
