ICICI Prudential AMC's provides transparency to its investors

MUMBAI: ICICI Prudential AMC has disclosed complete details on the securatisations and pass-through certificates across all its fixed income funds on a consolidated basis in its April fact sheet.

This is the first time in the history of the Indian mutual fund industry that any company has disclosed such details, a release issued here today said.

The fact sheet would provide details of underlying asset class, rating and others on a consolidated basis across the entire fixed income portfolio.

It would help investors to gain insight of their investment and evaluate the credit quality of their portfolio, the release said.

"The initiative will provide investors requisite information required to analyse the credit quality of their portfolios and will play a crucial step in helping them take informed investment decision," ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co's Deputy Managing Director, Nilesh Shah said in the statement.
