Icertis raises $6 million; to go for $20 million funding in 12-18 months

Icertis will utilise the funding scale up its sales, marketing and technology team across the US, India and Europe.

BENGALURU: US-based venture capital firm Greycroft Partners has led a $6 million investment in Icertis, an ERP solutions startup, along with Fidelity Growth Partners India.

Icertis will deploy the funds for strengthening its R&D centre located in Pune, which designs software solutions for enterprise contract management on Microsoft cloud. The company recently spun out its cloud and analytics services ­ ERP-sur round solutions into a separate company, CloudMoYo.

The company provides cloudbased SaaS solutions for managing contracts on the buy-side, sell and purchases as well as ESOP and employee contracts.
