High Street eyes PEs for Rs 100 cr

Arrow Webtex’s company High Street Cruises & Entertainment, which specialises in textile products, is looking to raise Rs 100 crore from private equity (PE) funds.

NEW DELHI: Arrow Webtex���s company High Street Cruises & Entertainment, which specialises in textile products, is looking to raise Rs 100 crore from private equity (PE) funds.

According to sources, Yes Bank is advising the company on the deal. The funds being raised would be used to set up casinos in Goa.

When contacted by ET, Arrow Webtex Group CFO Arun Kapoor as well as Yes Bank I-banking MD Aditya Sanghi declined to comment.

High Street is owned by Arrow Webtex and has recently acquired Pune-based Victor Hotels and Motels from Diana Buildwell, a wholly- owned subsidiary of Indiabulls.
