Godrej Aadhaar ties-up with HDFC Bank

MUMBAI: Godrej Aadhaar, the agri-services -cum-retail initiative of Godrej Agrovet Ltd, has entered into an agreement with HDFC Bank to offer agri-credit facility to rural communities in Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat and Maharashtra.

Both parties intend to customise and consolidate product offerings as per their local needs and requirements, a release issued here today said.

Through this venture, privileged Aadhaar customers can avail of world-class banking services and loans on a preferential interest rate.

The consumer can avail credit cash and term loans post -assessing their land-holding and cropping patterns. Farmers can also avail loan facility for their mechanisation needs like tractors, combined harvestors and other implements.
