Kolkata: Fusion Finance has inducted former HDFC executive Rajeev Sardana in the board as independent director. Sardana had over 30 years of experience in retail lending.

The lender has also appointed Sanjay Garyali, it's chief executive officer, as whole-time director for five years. The Reserve Bank of India has approved this move.

Besides, the company appointed Vikrant Sadana as company secretary & compliance officer, Nishant Monga as chief compliance officer and Satish Mani as interim head of internal audit.
