Dewan Housing allots Rs 35 cr securities to banks

MUMBAI: Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd on Monday said it will allot securities worth Rs 35 crore to ICICI Bank and ING Vysya Mutual Fund on a private placement basis.
The Board of Directors approved the allotment of 100 secured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) for Rs 10 crore to ING Vysya Fixed Maturity Fund-Series VII, a scheme of ING Vysya MF, Dewan Housing informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company would also allot 25 lakh redeemable preference shares, at a price of Rs 100 each amounting to Rs 25 crore to ICICI Bank Ltd, it added.
