Singhi Advisors ropes in Prakash V as director

Singhi Advisors, Mumbai-based investment bank, has roped in Prakash V as director from United Amra bank as it expands its leadership team.

He will be based in Bangalore and will be responsible for business development.

Prior to his stint with United Amara Bank, Prakash held directorship positions at Pioneer Invest Corp Ltd, Mumbai and Lakshmi Vilas Bank, Tamil Nadu, said a release.

Prakash has had various other professional stints at executive levels as well including at ICICI Bank as General Manager and Zonal Head- South India & Standard Chartered Bank, Bangalore as Director and Head- Middle Markets, South India, the release added.

“The latest induction of leadership and talent will enable Singhi to strengthen its client servicing capabilities and demonstrate its long-term view of creating a knowledge based financial services platform,” said Mahesh Singhi, founder and MD, Singhi Advisors.
While Mumbai-based firm has recently hired Bimal Raj as partner to handle IT & ITeS projects, Narayan Shetkar has came on board to manage manufacturing, healthcare, engineering and financial services.
