Indian Bank launches e-Treasury service

The new building has been constructed at the cost of Rs 70 cr and all departments of the bank have been moved to new corporate building.

CHENNAI: Public sector Indian Bank today launched e-Treasury service combining the domestic and foreign exchange trading on a common software package.

The package analyses profitability, risk and costing aspects from different markets, Indian Bank Chairman and Managing Director T M Bhasin said unveiling the new corporate office here.

The new building has been constructed at the cost of Rs 70 crore and all departments of the bank have been moved from the older office to new corporate building.

Talking to reporters here, Bhasin said the new building was built in 'trilobular shape' resembling the logo of the bank. "The formal inauguration of the corporate building would be done at a later date..," he said.
