Andhra attracts Rs 10.5 lakh crore MoUs at partnership summit

Naidu said 665 memoranda of understand (MoUs) were signed at the summit as against 328 MoUs worth for Rs 4.67 lakh crore signed in January 2016.

VISAKHAPATNAM: Andhra Pradesh secured investment proposals worth Rs 10.54 lakh crore at the two-day CII Partnership Summit in Visakhapatnam, more than double that in the previous such meet held last year, chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said.

Naidu said 665 memoranda of understand (MoUs) were signed at the summit as against 328 MoUs worth for Rs 4.67 lakh crore signed in January 2016.

“This shows the inherent strengths of Andhra Pradesh and the confidence of investors on our governance,” he told the summit on Saturday.
