TVS Srichakra appoints K P Rangaraj as Chief Financial Officer

CHENNAI: Tyre manufacturer TVS Srichakra Ltd today announced the appointment of K P Rangaraj as the Chief Financial Officer of the company with immediate effect.

"Rangaraj has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and has been designated as Chief Investor Relations Officer to deal with dissemination of information," the Tamil Nadu-based company said in a BSE filing.

Shares of the company ended 1.45 per cent down at Rs 3,137 apiece on the BSE.
