Yamaha launches FZ25 priced at Rs 1.19 lakh

They come from high income families and reside mostly in metroes. The company said that bike is designed for multiple uses, both for commuter and leisure purposes.

Yamaha Motor India Private Limited today launched FZ25 priced at Rs 119500 (ex-showroom, Delhi) to consolidate its presence in the high-end motorcycle segment.

Roy Kurian, vice-president (sales & marketing), Yamaha Motor India said, "Scooters and premium motorcycles are driving growth in the domestic two-wheeler market. With the FZ25 we are looking at providing an option to young urban riders who were earlier upgrading to other brands."

Yamaha said the target consumer for the FZ25 are young urban Indians in their 20s and early 30s. They come from high income families and reside mostly in metroes. The company said that bike is designed for multiple uses, both for commuter and leisure purposes.
