TVS Motor is gearing up to take the sporty scooter game up a notch with a new, larger Ntorq — likely to be called the Ntorq 150 — set for unveiling on September 1, 2025. The scooter will compete with the Yamaha Aerox 155, Aprilia SR175, and the upcoming Hero Xoom 160.

A teaser released by TVS reveals a striking quad-projector LED headlight setup, with two units expected for low beam and two for high beam, mounted on the front apron rather than the handlebar. This aggressive front end is paired with a deep, bassy exhaust note, hinting at performance to match the looks.

Under the skin, the Ntorq 150 is rumoured to house a 150cc engine producing around 12 bhp and 13 Nm of torque, mated to a CVT gearbox. It could also feature 14-inch alloy wheels at both ends — a first for a TVS scooter — promising more stability and better rough-road performance. A rear disc brake and the 5-inch TFT instrument cluster from the Raider 125 are also expected.

The current Ntorq 125, launched in 2018, has dominated India’s sporty 125cc scooter segment for seven years, with multiple updates and special editions like the Marvel-inspired Super Squad variants. The new Ntorq 150 aims to carry that legacy forward, only with more power, bigger wheels, and bolder styling.

With the tagline “Feel The Thrill Like Never Before”, TVS is clearly positioning this scooter for adrenaline-seekers. Deliveries are expected to begin shortly after the official launch.
