Ninja 650 rival
There is no direct competition for the Ninja 650 in the Indian market, especially in its price bracket. The only bike it can compete with is the Honda CBR650F which is a more premium offering and expensive by more than Rs 2 lakh.

The KRT moniker
Kawasaki has launched a special KRT edition of its 2017 Ninja 650 with an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 5.49 lakh, making it around Rs 16,000 more expensive than the standard model.

Sharp edges
While the 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 650 gets its sharper look from the bigger ZX-10R supersport motorcycle, it actually is a versatile sportsbike for daily riding as well as light touring. Along with a sporty full-body fairing, the bike offers an upright riding position and a low seat height of 790mm.
