Honda Motorcycle and Scooter surpasses 2 crore sales mark in South India

Two wheeler manufacturer Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has surpassed two crore sales in southern parts of the country, the company said on Tuesday. The company reached 1 crore sales milestone in 17 years, while the next one crore sales was achieved in seven years, totaling to over 2 crore sales in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Puducherry, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and also the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Commemorating the 2-crore sales milestone, the company in a statement on Tuesday said it has introduced a limited period offer on purchase of the popular scooters Activa and Activa 125 with zero processing fees and zero documentation charges to buyers.

"Crossing the 2-crore sales mark in Southern India reflects the deep trust and preference customers have for Honda two-wheelers. This achievement highlights the strong bond we share with our riders across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh, Puducherry and Andaman and Nicobar," Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Director - Sales and Marketing, Yogesh Mathur said.
