Maruti Suzuki offers Rs 30,000-40,000 discount on cars to clear inventory: Reports

Maruti Suzuki is offering discounts on select models with attractive discounts ranging from Rs 30,000-40,000, reports claimed today.

The largest automaker by volume, the company is offering up to Rs 40,000 discount in order to clear the inventory, according to media reports.

The company is offering discounts on Alto, Wagon R, Swift and Ertiga. Maruti is said to have raised the discount on Alto 800 by Rs 35,000.

It is reportedly offering Rs 30,000 discount on Swift as well.

On Ertiga Diesel, Maruti has doubled the discount to Rs 40,000.
