Ashok Leyland vehicle sales up 28 per cent to 24,409 units in September

Mumbai, Commercial vehicle maker and Hinduja Group's flagship firm Ashok Leyland on Thursday said its total vehicle sales grew 28 per cent year-on-year to 24,409 units in September.

The company had sold a total of 18,813 vehicles in September last year, it said in a statement.

Total truck and bus sales rose 37 per cent to 16,188 units in the previous month from 11,808 vehicles in September 2025.


Light commercial vehicles sales for the reporting month stood at 7,861, an increase of 12 per cent over 7,005 units sold in the same month last year, Ashok Leyland said.
