Tata launches new Nexon variant. Here's all about it

The petrol model of Nexon XT+ is priced at Rs 8.02 lakh while its diesel model has a price tag of Rs 8.87 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Tata Motors has launched yet another version of its popular compact SUV, the Nexon. The new version is called Nexon XT+ and it will replace the Nexon XT trim.

The petrol model of Nexon XT+ is priced at Rs 8.02 lakh while its diesel model has a price tag of Rs 8.87 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

As per reports, the new Nexon XT+ comes with additional features over XT like DRLs and fog lamps but misses out on alloy wheels and shark fin antenna. Besides, Tata has introduced rear AC vents, bigger 7 inch touchscreen, projector headlamps, 8-speaker system, manual climate control and height-adjustable driver seat.


Engine options remain the same and like other Nexon models, the XT+ also comes in 1.2-litre Revotron turbo-petrol engine and a 1.5-litre Revotron diesel engine. The petrol engine offers 110 PS of power and 170 NM of torque while the diesel unit gives 110 PS of power and 260 NM of torque. Both comes with six-speed manual gearbox. There are no automatic version of the XT+. Only XMA and XZA+ versions of Nexon come in automatic models.
