The new 7 Series was unveiled by actor Ranveer Singh, who has also been introduced as the Brand Voice for BMW India.

New BMW 7 Series: Key Design And Interior Features
The new 7 Series gets a redesigned exterior with BMW's latest luxury-class design language. Key highlights include the BMW Iconic Glow Kidney Grille, BMW Individual Crystal Headlights and a more monolithic exterior design.BMW 740 M Sport: Engine And Performance
The M Sport package gives the new BMW 7 Series a sportier look with an M aerodynamics package, redesigned front and rear bumpers, larger air intakes, air curtains and a rear diffuser. The BMW i7 M70 xDrive is the performance-focused variant of the new 7 Series range and gets several M-specific design elements. It features a larger front apron, air curtains and central air intake, along with an M graphic on the illuminated BMW Iconic Glow grille.The sedan also gets smoke-black crystal headlights, black M exterior mirrors and M-specific side skirts, giving it a sportier appearance. At the rear, the model features a wide M-specific diffuser and discreet rear spoiler.
BMW i7 M70: Most Powerful 7 Series
The BMW i7 M70 xDrive is the performance flagship of the range. Its two electric motors produce 680 hp, with system torque reaching 1,015 Nm in Sport mode and up to 1,100 Nm with Launch Control or Sport Boost.BMW i7 Charging Time
The BMW i7 can charge from 10% to 80% in around 28 minutes using a 250 kW DC charger. BMW says around 235 km of additional range can be added in 10 minutes. Using a 22 kW AC charger, a full charge takes approximately six hours.BMW i7 Local Production In India
BMW will now locally produce the new BMW i7 at BMW Group Plant Chennai. With this, India becomes the only country apart from Germany where the BMW i7 is locally produced.The BMW i7 M70 xDrive, however, will be sold in India as a completely built-up unit (CBU).
