Honda Cars India set for reshuffle

There are another half dozen senior executives above general manager level who are being moved to a new role.

MUMBAI: Honda Cars India is yet again expected to see major reshuffle in top management starting April. Post the appointment of new CEO Gaku Nakanishi, the company is likely to see a new head of sales and marketing taking over the reins in the new financial year, several people in the know of the company’s plans told ET. The operational sales and marketing heads position is likely to be taken over by Rajesh Goel from Jnaneswar Sen, who was Sr V-P sales and marketing.

Goel has been made a director on the board of Honda Cars India, after completing his stint at the HQ in Japan, where he was GM at the global purchasing office. Goel in the past had led a critical role of localising the Brio platform for the Indian market.
