BMW India launches Series 2 Gran Coupe with prices starting at Rs 39.3 lakh

NEW DELHI: German luxury carmaker BMW Thursday launched BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe in the country priced between Rs 39.3-41.4 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Series 2 Gran Coupe is available in diesel fuel option. The petrol version will be launched at a later date.

It is the twelfth car in the BMW India portfolio which will be manufactured locally at the company’s manufacturing facility in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.


BMW Group India President Vikram Pawah said, “The first-ever BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé brings BMW’s successful four-door coupé concept into the segment for the first time. As the latest BMW, the first-ever BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé will attract newer target groups who aspire for a stylish and luxurious entry into the world of BMW and value performance and quality above all.”

In all, BMW India has lined up for launch 11 vehicles in the country in 2020.
