NEW DELHI: Tata Motors revived its Sierra brand of SUVs at the Auto Expo on Wednesday with an electric concept Sierra SUV.

"This is a tribute to our chairman emeritus Ratan Tata who launched the original Sierra," said Guenter Butschek, managing director of Tata Motors.

The company also showcased its upcoming flagship SUV Gravitas, which is a 7-seater variant of the Harrier. A close-to-production version of the HBX micro-SUV was also shown.


Other highlights at the Tata Motors booth were the upgraded versions of Harrier, Tiago and Tigor.

"The year 2020 has begun at an exciting note for our passenger vehicle business," Butschek said.
