Toyota sales go up by 19.5% in January

The company reported 19.5% increase in domestic sales at 12,351 units for January against 10,336 units in the same period a year ago.

NEW DELHI: Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) Thursday reported 19.5% increase in domestic sales at 12,351 units for January.

The company had sold 10,336 units in the year-ago period.

N Raja, Deputy Managing Director, Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) said, “It is a delight to usher in the new year with a double digit growth. We are happy to have sustained the positive growth momentum post GST. The customer demand has consistently been strong..."


Utility vehicles Innova Crysta and Fortuner continued to drive growth at the company.
