Renault launches Triber with price starting Rs 4.95 lakh

French car maker Renault on Wednesday launched Triber priced upwards of Rs 4.95 lakh (ex-showroom, India).

Venkataram Mamillepalle, Managing Director, Renault India Operations, had earlier told ET the company expects to sell 20,000 units of the vehicle in 2019.

Overall, the company has set itself a target to double sales to 200,000 units per annum in the next three years. The company will strengthen its product portfolio and expand its sales service network to boost volumes.
