Porsche launches 911 Turbo Coupe, Cabriolet

Porsche has unveiled the Coupe and Cabriolet spec of its diminutive sportscar, the 911 Turbo S. Here’s what it offers.

The 911 also has two different chassis variants - a standard PASM chassis - that offers a greater spread between sportiness and comfort - and the optional PDCC hydraulic active anti-roll stabilisation chassis that aims at better performance.

The new 911 Turbo’s six-cylinder boxer, 3.7L engine has an increased output of 580 PS and a new symmetrical VTG turbochargers with electrically controlled bypass valves.

Porsche has also cut down on weight with the Lightweight Design package - which reduces 30 kilograms - using bucket seats and less insulation.

The car’s interiors are based off of it’s cousin, the 911 Carrera - which has the Porsche Advanced Cockpit and Direct Touch Control, with a 10.9 inch centre screen.
